The cancer centre’s governance structure includes a regular forum in which the chairs of the multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) from Herlev and Gentofte Hospital & Rigshospitalet meet at least twice a year to discuss quality, collaboration and strategic development across the two cancer departments.

The first meeting held in februar 2026

The first meeting was held on 24 February 2026 and featured presentations on organisational structure, quality indicators and current challenges from ten MDTs. 

The session concluded with a constructive and engaging discussion, highlighting shared experiences and opportunities to strengthen cross‑hospital cooperation.​
