The cancer centre’s governance structure includes a regular forum in which the chairs of MDTs meet at least twice a year to discuss quality and strategic issues.
The first meeting was held on 24 February 2026 and included presentations on structure, quality, and issues from ten MDTs, followed by a fruitful discussion of the challenges.
