  • base the treatment on the individual patient.

ATTENTIVENESS, meaning that we:

  • are present, actively involved and constructively contribute in the situation;
  • are interested in each other professionally, as co-workers and in social contexts;
  • actively listen to patients and how they perceive their situation;
  • proactively assist whenever required.

OPENNESS, meaning that we:

  • provide clear information regarding goals and prerequisites at all levels;
  • are receptive to each other’s proposals and changes so we develop ourselves professionally and personally;
  • have the basic attitude that everyone is making his/her best effort possible;
  • say what we feel and promote communication and teamwork by sharing information, knowledge and decisions quickly and expediently at all levels.
