For instance, newly employed and recently graduated nurses have the option of participating in the introductory course KICK, composed of instruction, guidance and coaching. The course provides a comfortable, secure and professional forum where nurses can discuss any questions they have regarding their new job. KICK stands for: strengthen your Kompetence (expertise) through Introduction and Coaching to ensure the Kvalitet (quality) of your nursing.
The individual departments also have programmes for competency development for nurses.
