Computer based learning or E-learning

During the last years the technological development has made advanced microsimulation programmes and computer based learning available. These are integrated in the courses and educational activities if practical and relevant according to the learning objectives.

An example is a program in advanced life support used for training and re-training nurses and doctors in basic and advanced life support. Several staff members from DIMS are actively participating as experts in the designing and development of e-learning programmes. They have also participated in the development of patient cases and software in SimMan, SimBaby and other simulation products.
